Retain Dom Mason if you can! It was an absolute pleasure working with Dom throughout the home buying process. When prospecting homes in the local areas, Dom was attentive and timely whenever called upon. Fact finding is another are of expertise in Dom's arsenal. He satisfied all my questions regarding the properties and communities. More importantly, Dom is a genuine advocate. He's a charmer and talented negotiator. He kept me away from all the ugly parts of striking a deal, but also kept me informed within minutes of exchanges. As for bookkeeping, he nailed that component as well. Dom's greatest assets are his personality (very approachable), his commmitment and his experience. He knows the process very well and made it as pleasant as possible. He advised me throughout the process and had very good advice. He was very eager to do whatever it took to sell my house and he did so! He had a lot of great ideas on how to market my house beyond the usual open house and websites. He also staged the house and had wine tasting evet!
